4 Ordinary Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery (In-Service) Holder of Technician Certificate (NTA level 5) in Nursing with “D” pass in Biology, Chemistry or Physics (CSEE) for the graduates starting from 2010; OR Graduates before NTAs system should have certificate in Nursing and Midwifery/Public Health Nurse B and at least “D” Pass in any of science subject; AND Work experience of two (2) years and above, Necessary Attachments: Register and License to practice by TNMC, Technician Certificate and Transcript in the related field and Letter of permission from employer. 8 Basic Technician Certificate in Community Health Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) passes in non-religious subjects including “D” pass in Biology OR An applicant who has received informal training in Community Health Workers (CHWs), Para Social work (PSW) and Medical Attendant (MAs) recognized programs; and practiced in the respective area AND Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination OR Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination. Admission of such applicants into the programme will follow guidelines and procedures for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) prescribed by NACTE; Necessary Attachments: Birth Certificate, Letter from Village Executive Officer (VEO) and Certificate for CHWs, PSWs or MAs training (if attended)

B. MODE OF APPLICATIONS

  • Applicants for any Program are required to apply by visiting the Campus at Mbeya during working hours/ by clicking here (APPLY ONLINE) and attach their required admission particulars including form iv index no/copy of secondary result slip , Tsh 20,000 non refundable as NACTE verification fee and Tsh 25,000 non refundable as College form payment.

Applicants must:
(i)    Carefully read and understand the Program Admission requirements
(ii)    Ensure the names and index numbers used during application for admission matches with those used during their studies
(iii)    Give correct particulars of citizenship

(v)      Pay a non-refundable Form payment of Tsh 25,000/= through M-Pesa to 0754331443 (Adelhada S. Nyalusi)
(vi)    Ascertain themselves that they possess the minimum entrance qualifications before they pay the fees as the fees will not be refunded under           any circumstances.

(vii) Any filled applicant form without form iv copy of result slip or certificate will not be taken into considerations.

Important Information:
(i)    The number of applicants in each program will influence the cut-off points for admission into the respective programme.
(ii)    Applicants will therefore be selected to join the college based on their qualifications and fulfillment of entry requirements.
(iii)    Applicants are informed that it is an offense to submit false information for admission. Any candidate who will be discovered to have submitted false information will NOT be considered and appropriate legal action will be taken against them
